  • Description
    Under this Act, all Licences with imposed duties to be granted by the Governor, Lieutenant-Governor, or Person administering the Government of this Province, under any former Act in force Province, shall be issued under the Seal at Arms of the Governor, Lieutenant-Governor or Person administering the Government of the Province. The manner in which these licences are to be certified and signed are explained.
