    An Act to apply a sum not exceeding two hundred pounds towards defraying the expense of preparing the Plans, Estimates and Statements necessary to erect a New Gaol in the Town of Montreal. Plants, Statements, and Estimates are to be submitted in a competition, from which the best are to be chosen. Directions for how the Plans, Estimates and Statements are to be submitted and selected are outlined including how the funds should be distributed and awarded to the best submissions.
