    This Act outlines the process by which a Chair and Trustees are to be elected to govern the Common in the Seigneurie of Yamaska as a body politic and corporate by the name “Chairman and Trustees of the Common of the Seigniory of Yamaska.” The Act also outlines how the land is to be governed. This Act is to expire in 1850.
