    An Act to provide for the Inspection of fish and fish oil to distinguish those fit for market from those that are unmerchantable. Under this Act, one or more Inspectors of Fish and Oil are to be appointed for the cities of Quebec and Montreal. Regulations on how fish and fish oil should be prepared and packaged for shipment, and the Inspectors' duties are outlined.
