    An Act to make voluntary Sheriff’s Sales easier and less expensive by allowing the proprietor of lands or hereditaments to be sold to present a petition to the court in order to obtain an order directed to the sheriff to proceed with the sale. Conditions for the sale are outlined. This Act is to expire in 1828.
