Description
An Act to apply a sum of two thousand five hundred pounds for the purpose of building and repairing certain wards or apartments in one of the wings of the General Hospital near the city of Quebec and a further sum of two thousand pounds for the same purpose at the General Hospital near the city of Montreal. An additional sum not exceeding five hundred pounds is to be applied for the relief of insane persons, are described in the 1817 Act “An Act to continue for a limited time, an Act passed in the fifty-first year of His Majesty’s Reign, intituled, ‘An Act for the relief of insane persons, and for the support of Foundlings and others therein-mentioned,’ and also, to grant a further sum of money for the more effectual attainment of the purposes of the said Act.”
