    An Act to allow judges in civil causes to authorise individuals including notaries and justices of the peace to administer to the oath to experts, guardians, tutors, sub-tutors, or curators in places more than five leagues away from the Court to avoid the delay and expense of bringing distant experts to Court. The oaths that may be taken by these individuals are attached.
