    This act authorizes the widening of Water Street in Harbor Grace in order to make it into a more efficient fire break. It gives detailed instructions as to how this is to be done, vis-a-vis the new width of the said road, what side of the road is to be modified, and how affected tenants and landowners are to be compensated.
