DescriptionThis Act creates the positions of Master, Deputy Master, and Wardens of the Trinity House of Quebec to reside in Quebec City and Montreal, to improve the navigability of the St. Lawrence River by building light houses, beacons, and so on. These positions are also meant to regulate and enforce order within the cities' ports, harbours, and cul-de-sacs.
