DescriptionThis act provides further funding for horses, carts and/or sleighs for hire at strategic places across the province in order to make travel easier. It specifies the fares to be paid by travelers to the "Maitres-de-Poste" who are in charge of maintaining and hiring out the horses and carts. It also specifies how many servants & drivers can be hired by Maitres-de-Poste and the salaries to be paid to these drivers and servants.
