    An act amending previous laws concerning the Board of Works for the Province of Canada, which repeals the third and subsequent sections of the bill An Act to repeal certain Ordinances therein mentioned, and to establish a Board of Works in this Province, and to replace these sections with new legislation regarding the Board of Works and its responsibilities in constructing new infrastructure in the province.
