  • Description
    This act amends the act which incorporates the Welland Canal company to allow the issuing and sale of more company stocks as a way for the company to repay various loans made to the company now that the canal project is complete. It also calls for an examination and survey of the completed canal by engineers who are in no way associated with the company.
