  • Description
    This act grants money to improve the road from Dundas to Waterloo, specifically using a process called macadamization invented by John Loudon Macadam which involved crushed stone or gravel. Residents of the area adjacent to said road are required to statute labour in order to maintain the road, or pay taxes in lieu. Tolls and regulations regarding use of the road are also specified.
