An Act to Repeal part of an Act passed in the last Session of Parliament, entituled, “An Act vesting in the hands of certain Commissioners therein named, all the Stock, Debts, Bonds, and Property of the Pretended Bank of Upper-Canada, lately established at Kingston, for the benefit of the Creditors of that Institution, and to make further Provision for the Settling the Affairs of the said Pretended Bank. Passed Jan. 19th, 1824.
