DescriptionThis Act stipulates that John Crysler, Esquire, the Collector of Customs in Cornwall, be paid the percentage due him on the duties he collected in his position at the "Port of Cornwall." Crysler's percentage would have been paid him sooner had the Deputy Collector not been negligent in reporting the duties in a timely manner.
