An Act to authorize and empower the Rector, Church Wardens and Vestry of Saint George’s Church, in the Parish of Bathurst, in the County of Gloucester, to sell and convey a certain Tract or Lot of Glebe Land situate in the said Parish, and to vest the proceeds in the purchase of other Lands in a more desirable situation and more productive. Passed 14th April 1849.
